Check how fast the page was in Telemetry before you touch a dial. A longer limit does not hide a broken element, it fails later.

How is TIMEOUT different from UNREACHABLE?

A TIMEOUT started and the page was slow. UNREACHABLE never got a page: DNS or the connection failed first, and no ticket is filed.
