FLAKY is the verdict for a test that failed and then passed on a retry, with nothing repaired. It files no Jira ticket, keeps no video, and exits 0 in CI, but it stays visible in the report and in History as a pass with a reservation.

How is FLAKY different from BREACHED_FLAKY?

FLAKY ends in a pass. BREACHED_FLAKY ends in a failure that is itself inconsistent, so a retry never hides it, and it does file a ticket.
