Prices in US dollars, before tax. Individual, Team and Business are paid by card through Stripe, monthly or annually, and renew until you cancel. Once the 40 Founding Customer seats are filled, the launch offer takes 30% off the first year of an annual Individual, Team or Business plan bought by December 31, 2026, applied automatically at checkout; the plan then renews at its regular annual price. It does not apply to monthly plans or Enterprise.
No card, 1 machine, every feature. The 30 days start when you first activate the Studio, not when you create the account. When they end, nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel. Choose a plan, and the same license key keeps working.
Plans differ in machines and support, never in what the Studio can do. The Studio tour shows every screen.
One activated Windows install of the Studio. Reinstalling it on the same machine does not take another one, and deactivating a machine in your account frees its place. There is no charge per user.
Yes, for a while. The Studio checks its license at start-up and every 24 hours. It keeps working for 7 days without a successful check, shows a notice for 4 more days, then turns read-only until it reconnects. Your evidence stays readable; new runs wait for a connection.
Yes, in your account, under Plan & billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing renews after it.
The trial is free and ends on its own. A monthly plan is not refundable, and you keep it to the end of the paid month. An annual plan is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of its first payment, and its license is revoked. A billing mistake of ours, such as a duplicate charge, a charge after you canceled or a wrong amount, is refunded in full and you keep your license. Nexus Studio is sold to businesses only, and any right the law gives you that cannot be waived applies as well. The full refund terms
Prices are in US dollars, before tax. Where we are registered to collect sales tax, VAT or GST, checkout adds it and shows it before you pay. If your business accounts for VAT or GST itself under the reverse charge, enter its number at checkout and the invoice shows the reverse charge instead of tax. In the United States, a tax ID alone does not exempt a purchase; where we do not collect sales tax, your business may owe use tax under its local law.
Individual, Team and Business: by card, through Stripe, monthly or annually, and Stripe emails the receipts. Enterprise: an annual contract, paid by invoice or purchase order.
On its own, the Studio only makes the license check: activation sends your license key once, and each check after that sends a machine hash, a nonce and a token. We never receive your tests, results or evidence. Anything else leaves only when you choose it: an update you choose to download, or a service you connect yourself, such as an AI provider, Jira, Slack or Telegram. Security and privacy
We aim to send a first response to every support email within 8 hours, any day of the week, weekends included. While the team is small this is a target, not a contractual service level; an Enterprise order form can put a response time in writing. Report a problem says what to include, so that first response can fix it.
Each release gets fixes and security updates for 1 year from the day it is published, and every valid license can install the latest release at no extra cost. Updates are manual: the Studio shows a notice and installs nothing until you choose Update now.
Your tests are Playwright, Selenium and pytest files in a folder on your disk. The Python ones run as they are, the JavaScript ones need a few lines changed, and API tests, which use the Studio's own format, need rewriting. If our license server stopped answering, the Studio would go read-only after 11 days and your evidence would stay readable. Support and longevity
